Welcome to SvaArogya. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using svaarogya.com (the “Website”) and for joining our programs, including Club Nurture by SvaArogya, our workshops, live calls, recordings, and other educational offerings (together, the “Services”).
SvaArogya is operated by SvaArogya LLC (“SvaArogya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or joining a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
1. Who We Are and What We Offer
SvaArogya offers Ayurvedic education and wellness guidance. Our Services include educational recordings, weekly practice cards, live group calls, member handouts, recipes and meal plans, and related resources. Our offerings are designed to help you learn about Ayurvedic habits and routines and to build them at a pace that suits you.
2. Educational Purpose and Health Disclaimer
Our Services are for education and general wellness only. They are not medical care.
- SvaArogya does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Nothing on the Website or in our Services is a substitute for advice from your physician, midwife, or other licensed healthcare provider.
- Always speak with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, herbs, supplements, routines, or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, nursing, managing a health condition, or taking medication.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you learned from us.
- If you believe you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
Ayurvedic terms, foods, herbs, and practices described in our materials reflect traditional and educational perspectives. Individual results vary, and we do not promise any particular health outcome. Statements on this Website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Postpartum and prenatal content. Guidance related to pregnancy and the postpartum period is general in nature. Every body and every birth is different. Please follow the advice of your own care team, and check with them before trying any new food, herb, or practice.
Recipes and food guidance. Our recipes and meal plans may contain common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, and legumes. You are responsible for checking ingredients against your own allergies, sensitivities, and dietary needs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or join our Services. By joining, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Accounts and Membership Platforms
Some Services are delivered through third-party platforms (for example, our course and community platform). You may be asked to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your login details private.
- Use your account only for yourself. Please do not share your login with others.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.
5. Programs, Membership, and Schedule
Program structure. Club Nurture by SvaArogya is a one-year membership program with four start dates each year. Program details, schedules, and included features are described on the Website or at the time of enrollment.
Live calls. Live calls are held on the schedule we share with members. We may change the date, time, or format of a live call, for example because of travel, illness, or technical issues. We will give notice when we can, and recordings may be provided.
Pace. Our programs are built for you to move at your own pace. You choose how many habits to practice and when.
Changes to content. We may update, improve, reorganize, or replace program materials over time.
Life-stage add-ons. Add-on modules (such as prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause) may be offered separately and may have their own pricing and terms.
6. Fees, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout or in your enrollment materials.
- Payment is due at the time and in the way described at enrollment. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay each installment on its due date.
- By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge it for the amounts you agreed to.
- Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
- Founding rates, introductory offers, and promotions are available only for the period stated and may not be combined unless we say so.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your access until the payment is resolved.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Free programs and trials. No payment is taken, so no refund applies. You may leave at any time.
Paid membership. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To request one, email contact@svaarogya.com.
After that period, payments are non-refundable. This is because program materials are delivered digitally and we reserve time and resources for your cohort.
Payment plans. If you cancel a payment plan, you are responsible for installments due before the cancellation date.
If we cancel or change a program. If we cancel a program cohort before it starts, you will receive a full refund of what you paid for it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and in our Services, including text, recordings, videos, handouts, recipes, meal plans, charts, and graphics, is owned by SvaArogya LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The names SvaArogya and Club Nurture, our logos, and our branding identify our business and programs, and you may not use them without our written permission.
When you join a Service, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and personal use.
You may not, without our written permission:
- Copy, record, resell, share, distribute, or publish our materials or recordings.
- Share login access or forward paid content to non-members.
- Use our materials to create a competing program or to teach or sell to others.
- Remove any copyright or brand notices.
- Use our name, logo, or brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Some materials may include content used with permission from third parties. That content remains the property of its owners.
9. Your Content and Community Conduct
If you post comments, questions, photos, or other content in our community spaces, on our live calls, or on our social media pages, you keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with running and promoting the Services. We will ask for your permission before using your name or photo in a testimonial.
Please be kind and respectful. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights. Please do not share another person’s private information or health details without their consent. We may remove content or members that do not follow these guidelines.
Confidentiality within groups. Members may share personal experiences on calls and in community spaces. Please keep what other members share private and do not repeat it outside the group.
10. Recordings
Live calls may be recorded. By joining a live call, you understand that your voice, image, or comments may appear in the recording, which may be shared with members of the program. If you prefer not to appear, you can keep your camera and microphone off and use the chat or send questions to us privately.
11. Testimonials and Results
Stories and testimonials on our Website reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees, and your experience may differ.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website and Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and tools, such as payment processors, scheduling tools, video hosting, social media, and community platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Service will meet your particular needs or produce any specific result.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SvaArogya LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and collaborators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

20. Changes to the Services and These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let members know by email or through the membership platform. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
We may also modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services. If we discontinue a paid program you are enrolled in, we will offer a fair remedy, such as a prorated refund or equivalent access.
21. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, do not pay amounts due, or misuse the Services or community. If we end your access for a violation, you may not be entitled to a refund.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
23. General Terms

- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a business change.
- Electronic communication. You agree we may communicate with you electronically, including by email, and that this satisfies any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
